Exceptional, managed to get a table for lunch, service was excellent. We ordered from the set menu and no complaints. The carpaccio was fresh and full flavoured. The watermelon salad equally vibrant. The rump steak was absolutely perfect. The hale was a surprisingly good choice. And the Pretty Gorgeous Rose was a perfect pairing.
Good steak but what a wait. Came here for an early dinner and it was nice as we were able to sit outside overlooking the river. We ordered steak and sides however the service was really slow. The steaks were brought out and then the sides came 10 minutes later (after 2 prompts) as opposed to all coming out together. Would like to see an improvement here.
Meat prepared perfectly, very juicy and lots of flavour. Burger was filling however pork dish portion was a bit too small. Will come back to eat steaks. Service is very good, waitress/es are very knowledgable. Peaceful location by the river with nice views.
